About This Game
007 Racing is a 2000 racing video game based on the James Bond license. Eutechnyx is published by Electronic Arts and released for the PlayStation console system. This game marks Pierce Brosnans seventh role as James Bond. The game includes a portrait of himself prepared by Tim Bentinck but does not include the voice. The game from the original Chronicles thread is considered one of the many characters from the previous entry revived.
In 007 Racing players take on the role of British secret agent James Bond driving a number of cars that have appeared in 19 official films at the time. The collection includes seven cars including the Aston Martin DB5 made famous by its debut in Goldfinger the Lotus Esprit in Spynaut and For Your Eyes Only and its brief appearance in The World The BMW Z8. Every vehicle is equipped with all the usual equipment and weapons provided by the Q-Branch Quartermaster the special branch of MI6.
